Environmental Deskbook 2001

This Deskbook is presented as a convenient reference source for our clients. The Deskbook is designed for both those needing detailed knowledge of environmental requirements and those for whom a general familiarity is sufficient.  This year's Deskbook features an article on Citizen Suit Defense Strategies following the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in Friends of the Earth, Inc. v.
